As an Integrative health practitioner, Jennifer see’s the value in learning how to move the body in a way that helps release tension without causing injury to the body. Jennifer’s goal is to help bring your awareness back into your body, help you recognize your edges, and help you to explore the mind-body connection. Jennifer uses her restorative yoga training and foam rolling to teach you techniques that can help you connect to your body and begin moving on a regular basis.
